OR 126W FLORENCE-EUGENE HIGHWAY CONDITIONS REPORT - 2001 <br />The use of Adobe Acrobat software to create interactive links within <br />this report enables the user to easily jump from chapter to section to <br />appendix and map, and back. This format also enables the use of <br />hyperlinks that can take the on-line user directly to other related <br />sources of information on the Internet. This is explained later in this <br />User's Guide in a section titled "Basic Navigation." Figure 3 in the <br />Executive Summary depicts the organization of the report and internal <br />hyperlinks. The aerial photos provided can be accessed directly or <br />through links provided in the report. This procedure is also explained <br />later in the "Basic Navigation" section. <br />The size of this report is huge. With appendices, there are <br />approximately 500 pages of information on the CD. Consequently, it <br />is recommended that you do not attempt to print a full hard copy, <br />although individual pages or discrete sections can easily be printed, <br />as needed, using the Adobe Acrobat print commands. Pages of the <br />report have been formatted in landscape orientation with large type <br />for easy on-screen viewing. However, many appendices have been <br />left in their original portrait format and generally smaller type.
