Where the City is uncertain. about the h7cely <br />success of the proposed measures, the City may issue the permit, and monitor the site to determine <br />whether the measures are achieving the outcomes. If the erosion prevention measures have not been <br />successful in achieving those outcomes, the. City may require the submission of an amended <br />construction site management plan or implementation of other changes or measures that will ensure <br />compliance in achieving the outcomes:. <br />R-6.645-B Definitions. <br />In addition to the definitions contained in Sections 6.406 ofthe Eugene Code,1971, as used <br />in these rules, the following words and phrases mean <br />Adjacent.property.
