The information must be <br />submitted prior to approval of the permit. <br />7.2 Umbrella Permit - CSMP Contents. The Construction Site Management Plan <br />for Umbrella Permits shall address all of the factors listed in subsection 7.1 above, and shall <br />also include: <br />7.2.1 Identification of all construction activities or phases which w~71 be <br />- covered by the permit. <br />7:2.2 A construction schedule for each of the construction activities or <br />phases identified <br />7.2.3 Identification of any period covered by the .permit when no <br />construction acti~rity will be occurring, and the person that will be responsible for <br />maintaining tie BMPs and providing for any needed site stab~7ization during the <br />periods ofno construction <br />7.3 Individual Residential Permit -Template. Ifthe proposed construction is-for <br />one single family dwelling, or one. duplex dwelling, the property owner need not ut~7ize the <br />services of a certified professional in the preparation. ofthe=Plan. A template plan may be <br />submitted, and upon approval by the City it w~71 serve to satisfy requirements for the single <br />family dwelling and duplex construction activities. <br />7.4 Annual Permit. If the proposed construction activity qualifies for an amiual <br />permit,. preparation of a CSMP is not necessary.
