ORDER NO. 44- <br />93-08 AND THE PROVISIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NOS. 21-02- <br />02-F, 44-92-05, 52-00-02-F, 53-03-04-F, 53-02-08-F, S6-O1-02-F, 57-02-08-F, 57- <br />03-O1-F, and 58-03-10-F THAT ARE IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 ofthe Eugene, Code, 1971, <br />the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the current Public Records Fee Schedule by adopting a <br />consolidated Public Records Requests Fee Schedule and Fee Waiver Policies, to be unifomily applied by all City <br />Departments as reflected in the Notice pasted at two locations at City Hall and available for inspection at the office <br />of the City Manager, 777 Peazl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). Police & Fire <br />Dispatch <br />Frequency <br />Fee or Formula for Creating Fee <br />Current Fee/Formula <br />$200.00 <br />Proposed Fee/Formula <br />$300.00 per call <br />In determining the above fees, the following factors have been considered: applicable policies, <br />enactments and directives of the City Council, the amount charged for these services by the City in the past, the full <br />costs of providing the services supported by the fees, the amounts charged by other comparable providers, and the <br />revenue needs of the City as determined by the adopted City budget. <br />Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Manager, 777 Pearl Street, <br />Eugene, Oregon, 97401, within 1S days from the date of posting and publication as indicated below. The City <br />Manager will consider the comments received and by administrative order establish the fees as proposed or as <br />modified in response to the comments, after the expiration of the period for comment, and repeal the portions of <br />Administrative OrderNos. 21-02-02-F, 44-92-OS, 52-00-02-F, 53-02-07-F, 53-03-04-F, 56-01-02-F, 57-02-08-F, 57- <br />03-O1-F, and 58-03-10-F that are in conflict therewith. <br />w <br />Dennis M.
