NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT OF THE PUBLIC RECORD FEE <br />SCHEDULE; AND THE REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 44- <br />93-08AND THE PROVISIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NOS. 21-02- <br />02-F, 44-92-05, 52-00-02-F, 53-03-04-F, 53-02-08-F, 56-01-02-F, 57-02-08-F, 57- <br />03-01-F, and 58-03-10-F THAT ARE IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of the Eugene, Code,1971, <br />the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the current Public Records Fee Schedule by adopting the <br />following Public Records Requests Fee Schedule and Fee Waiver Policies, to be uniformly applied by all City <br />Departments: <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br /> <br />A.
