SECTION XIX PAYMENT OF CiIARGES <br />1. `The operator shall promptly pay when due, all charges for sewer, <br />water, power, telephone service and all other utilities and services <br />supplied to his operation on the Airport, all wages or salaries and <br />all rentals, fees .and payments payable to the City. The operator <br />agrees to hold the City harmless from all mechanics or other leins <br />that may be placed against his facilities on the leased premises. <br />SECTION XXI LOCATION OF OPERATIONS <br />1. Airport areas on which operator facilities, if any, or hangers are <br />to be constructed or operated shall be specified by the City or the <br />Airport Manager in accordance with these rules and regulations, the <br />Airport Layout Plan, and the Airport Master Plan for the Mahlon Sweet <br />Field. <br />SECTION XXII AREAS OF OPERATIONS <br />1, Unless otherwise provided for by the .City, all operations shall be <br />conducted on one area of sufficient size to accommodate all services <br />for which the operator is licensed, allowing for future growth and <br />additional-services as contemplated by the Airport Manager, City, or <br />the applicant, to the extent, however, that space is available on <br />the Airport. The operator shall carry on his .business operations <br />strictly within the area assigned to him by the City Airport Manager, <br />and his operations shall not interfere with the operations of other <br />operators, agencies, or other businesses operating on the Airport, the <br />use of the Airport by the general public or with any common use areas. <br />The operator shall not use any common use areas except as authorized <br />by these rules and regulations or the Airport Manager. <br />SECTION XXIII <br />MINIMUM SIZE OF LEASE AREAS <br />1. The minimum size of lease areas will be the sizes as indicated on the <br />Airport Layout Plan. No area will be leased that is smaller than .the <br />then available lease area on the Airport Layout Plan. .More than one <br />lease area, or portion of a lease area, may be leased by one operator; <br />however, the remaining portion of any such lease area will not be <br />considered as minimum size lease area for the same, or another operator. <br />SECTION XXIV <br />AIRPORT PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />!' '1. All tenants shall cooperate with the Airport Management in his operation, <br />management, and control of the Airport; and shall do all things reason- <br />able to advance and promote Mahlon Sweet Field and aeronautical activities <br />thereon; and to develop the Airport into an .attractive efficient, and <br />modern Airport. <br />-22- <br />
