The <br /> applicant shall execute such forms, releases, and discharges <br />'* <br />as may be required by any of these agencies. <br />k~ <br /> SECTION V <br />j AIRPORT LICENSES AND LEf~SES NON-TRANSFERABLE <br />"~~ 1. No right, priviledge, permit, or license to do business on the Mahlon <br />'; Sweet Field, or any lease of any area of. the Airport shall be assigned <br /> sold, or otherwise transferred or conveyed in whole or in part without <br /> the prior consent of the Airport Manager. <br />SEGTION VI RIGIt'T TO SUB-LEASE <br />1. An operator may, with written advance permission of the City, sublease <br />,~s <br />a portion of his leased area to another person, partnership, or Corp- <br />oration, for the purpose of conducting ~ny'of the aeronautical activity <br />~! businesses as provided in Section XI. In sub--leasing, the sub-leasee <br />~~ iaill be required to provide all services and meet all requirements <br />Ghat would be necessary if he were the leasee. Minimum space require- <br />ments may, at the discretion of the City, be waived for a sub-leasee. <br />SECTION VIT APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION <br />1. No buildings, structures, tiedowns, ramps, paving, taxi areas, or any <br />~ other improvements or additions on the Airport'shall be placed or <br />~ constructed ar altered or removed without the prior approval of the <br />City. In the e.•ent of any construction, the City may, at its discretion <br />.require an appropriate bond to guarantee the completion of the construc- <br />`~' tion in accordance with the City approval. <br />SECTION VIII OPERATION AREA <br />1. No person authorized to operate on, or conduct business activities <br />,~ on the airport shall conduct any of it's business or activities on <br />any area except those specified by the City, or the Airport Manager, <br />and the leased areas. <br />,; SECTION IX FIXED BASE OPERATORS <br />~, <br />l..
