EXHAUSTS: No person shall operate a tractor, truck, or other motor <br />~; vehicle without exhausts protected by screens or baffles to prevent <br /> the escape of sparks or the propagation of flame, in any hangar or <br />i ~. <br />on any ramp or apron. <br />;, <br /> 4. RESPONSIBILITY OF PERSONNEL: It shall be the responsibility of the <br /> airlines and their personnel to keep the gates closed on the terminal <br /> building apron, except when necessary for the loading and unloading <br />`` <br />' of aircraft. Spectators will not be permitted. on the apron unless <br />i;; <br />~~ previously cleared with the Airport Manager. <br /> 5. PARKING OF APRON EQUIPMENT: No equipment shall be parked within ten <br /> (10) feet from any fire hyrant. <br /> 6. PERSON OR PERSONS ON APRONS: No person, except airmen, duly author- <br />{ ~ ized personnel, passengers going to or from the aircraft being <br />~ ~ personally conducted by airmen or airport attendants, shall be per- <br />t-' mitted to enter the apron area. The persons so .excepted are confined <br />! to the necessary use in connection with flights, inspections, or <br />,i routine duties. <br />. SECTION VI <br />i <br />AIRCRAFT OPERATION <br /> f <br />1. All aeronautical activities shall be conducted in conformity with the <br /> <br />I current provisions of the Federal Aviation Administration. <br />, ~~~ <br />2. The Airport Manager, through an airport traffic controller, may suspend <br /> or restrict any or all operations whenever it is deemed in the interest <br /> of safety. <br /> 3.
