s ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER of the AIRPORT MANAGER The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 to 2.442 of the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport.. The City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, and after investigating the fees charged for short-term and long-term parking at the airports, the City's policies on recovery of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, the Airport Manager has determined that the fees for short-term and long-term parking at the Eugene Airport should be increased. C. Notice of the intended rate increases for short-term and long-term ,~: parking at the Eugene Airport was posted and published on February 26, 1991, and provided interested persons a 15 day period thereafter to submit comments thereon or objections thereto. D. No comments have been received within the time and in the manner required by the notice, and the Airport Manager finds that the short-term and long- term fees for parking at the Eugene Airport hereinafter set forth are comparable to fees charged at other airports and Eugene Airport licensees or permittees, are consistent with the City's policies for recovery of user fees, and are necessary to meet the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport. On the basis of the findings, I HEREBY ORDER THAT: 1. The following rates are hereby established for short-term and long-term parking at the Eugene Airport: Short-Term Parking Rates: $0.75 per half hour $7.50 daily maximum Minimum charge for lost tickets is daily rate. Long-Term Parking Rates: $ 1.50 per hour $ 5.00 daily maximum $25.00 weekly Minimum charge for lost tickets is daily rate.
