2.4 A statement that any person aggrieved by the administrative decision <br />may appeal by filing an appeal with the office of the city traffic .engineer; <br />2.5 The date by which the appeal must be filed; <br />2.6 A statement that the person will waive the right to appeal if the <br />person does not file a timely appeal; and <br />2.7 The name and phone number of the staff person to contact for more <br />information. <br />R-5.545-C APPEAL. <br />1.
