These other revenues may include systems <br />development charges, assessments, federal and state grants, borid proceeds, permit fees and.other City <br />funds, such as the road fund. The other revenues would be deducted from the total program <br />requirements to determine the service charge revenue requirements. <br />For the purposes of this document, the following terms are defined as: <br />• .Customer -- any person responsible who is authorized to request stormwater service, or who is <br />receiving stormwater~seivice from the City, or who is responsible for the payment of <br />the charge for storrriivater service <br />• Building Foot Print -- as applied to residential customers, means first floor area of a residential <br />building including the floor area of an .attached or detached garage: <br />• Small Residential Category -- the group of residential customers who have 1,000 or less square <br />feet of estimated building foot print.
