Customers <br />who, wish an adjustment to their fee not resolved informally may seek resolution through. one of the <br />processes explained below (sections 6.1 and 6.2). If no agreement is reached, the customer may go <br />through a formal appeals process as outlined in section 6.3. <br />j 6.1 Application Process For Reduced impact to Stormwater System <br />Reductions ~~~-exe~tiexs will not be granted automatically to either existing or future <br />customers. To be consistent with other City policies, the utility will not grant exeh~s-ar <br />reductions for social goals.
