This means that <br />the fees can be broken into and attributed to those three o ~ components. .Most of the <br />variables needed to calculate the amount of a component are single values that are determined <br />once for the. entire utility. The <br />larger the annual budget, the more revenue the utility will need to` collect from its customers <br />if all other revenue sources remain constant (e.g. Systems Development:Charges, assessments, <br />permit fees).` The total number of customers is basically :the number of properties in the <br />Eugene city limits with impervious surface on them.
