In the <br />case of xhose proposed developments that are determined to have a potential for exceptional water usage, the City <br />Engi iee~ may require that the Owner(s) enter into an agreement with the City to review water usage or wastewater <br />discharge at such time the development is in full use or production as the final basis of the local wastewater SDC.
