Unit of Development (Unit): For purposes of the Transportation SDC and the Metropolitan <br />Wastewater Management Commission SDC, the unit of development is that measurement of the. <br />size of a development upon which. the charge is based. For the Metropolitan Wastewater <br />Management Commission SDC,"the Unit is called an FEU. The Unit is typically 1,000 square feet <br />of building area for most commercial users, and dwelling units for residential development. Other <br />measures are used, as appropriate for each type of development. The units for each development <br />type ark shown for the Transportation.
