D. Based on the findings and staff recommendations set forth above, I find that the <br />revisions to the Systems Development Charge Methodology, fees, and credits as proposed by <br />Administrative Order 58-00-14 and amended as reflected in Finding C above and incorporated in <br />Exhibit A hereto are consistent with adopted policies and ordinances of the City,. are in conformity <br />with applicable state law, and should be implemented effective August 1, 20.00. <br />_ On the basis of these findings, I order. that: <br />1. The revisions to the City's Systems Development Charge Methodology attached as <br />Exhibit A hereto are hereby adopted, to be effective with respect to permits in process on and after <br />August 1, 2000. <br />2.
