I have reviewed the currently effective Snow Emergency Route Map and <br />determined it should be amended as set forth in the map attached as Exhibit A hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE MAINTENANCE DIVISION DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS THAT: <br />1. Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, 1 hereby amend the <br />Snow Emergency Route Map for the City of Eugene as set forth in the map attached as <br />Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. Administrative Order No. 58-97-20, and the map adopted therein is hereby <br />repealed, as of the effective date. of this order. <br />3. Public notice of this amendment of the Snow Emergency Route Map shall be' <br />given by posting a copy thereof at two public places at City Hall for a period of not less than <br />thirty days, and by inclusion of the map in the City's publication of its snow emergency <br />provisions in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City. <br />4.
