ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-02-08 <br />of the. <br />City Manager pro tem <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br />Designating and/or Affirming City Department and <br />Division Managers, and Repealing Administrative Order No. 21-02-05. <br />The City Manager pro tem of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 1976, the <br />City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City, specifically authorized to appoint <br />and remove all employees (except as otherwise provided in the Charter), organize, and, as deemed <br />necessary, disband and reorganize various City departments, and to enforce all ordinances of the <br />City. <br />B. I have previously issued Administrative Order No. 21-02-07 affirming the <br />reorganization of City Departments and repealing administrative orders that are in conflict. The <br />reorganization results in changes to some titles and supervisory duties .and responsibilities as <br />reflected in Administrative Order No. 21-02-OS issued on May 8,.2002, and that ordershould be <br />repealed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY MANAGER PRO TEM OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND <br />DIRECTS THAT: <br />1.
