<br /> <br /> <br />ðÎÏÉÕæÜËËÜÏÉÄ <br />ôÏÊÍØÚÉÔÎÏ <br /> <br />The project listed below will satisfy its one year warranty obligation in the next 60 days. <br />Please provide a warranty inspection on the project. <br /> <br />It is the intent of this e-mail to coordinate the inspection efforts of the PWE and PWM <br />staff on all Capitol Improvement Plan (CIP) projects and Privately Engineered Public <br />Improvement (PEPI) projects prior to the expiration of the one year warranty period. In <br />general, the role of the PWM Staff will be to provide expertise, advice, and assistance to <br />the PWE Staff by performing a final inspection of the below listed project within the next <br />four (4) weeks. It is the responsibility of the PWM supervisors to e-mail deficiencies to <br />the inspector initiating this e-mail. It is the responsibility of the inspector to compile all <br />deficiencies and review them with the Construction Manager prior to contacting the <br />prime contractor.
