Broadway, # 400 PREVIOUS AMEND DATE: 12/3/07 <br /> Eugene OR 97401 <br /> This amendment. is made to the Intergovernmental Agreement Contract dated 5/25/06, between <br /> the City of Eugene (CITY) and-Lane County (COUNTY). <br /> CITY and COUNTY mutually agree to add the following language to the current Contract as <br /> follows: <br /> 7. On an annual basis during the life of this contract, COUNTY will provide CITY <br /> with a revised Laboratory and Field Testing Costs rate sheet (Attachment A), .specifically <br /> reflecting revised rates for all personnel time, materials, equipment and overhead charges <br /> for services provided.
