Attached you will find a pdf of the statement. <br /> 1. Monroe St/Friendly Key 22281 is this the final payment and will the project be closed with this payment of <br /> $47,106.46? JJ will have to answer this one. <br /> 2. West Bank Trail Key 23359 -Conditionally Certified Project. Is the $8,973 the amount that ODOT is holding for their <br /> <br /> time to be paid by FHWA grant?Yes <br /> 3. Delta Ponds Path Key 23423 - On April 2, 2009 ODOT signed an IGA to make this project a Conditionally Certified <br /> Project. Is this in effect as of April 2nd or after this project is advertised for bids? This project will be advertised May 27th <br /> <br /> with bid opening June 24th. How much should I set aside for this project for ODOT to spend? This should be on your <br /> PS&E spreadsheet. There should have been some communication between the City of Eugene and John <br /> Johnson or Ted Keasey for the cost involving ODOT review. <br /> 4. North Game Farm Rd Key 23750 -Conditionally Certified Project, since all the grant funds have been used, should <br /> <br /> the city pay $216.20 instead of the $22.20 on the cover sheet? We have changed the tables to bill Eugene for 100% <br /> of ODOT costs. You will see this reflected on your next statement. <br /> 5. Roosevelt Blvd: Beltl Key 24516 -Conditionally Certified Project, is the $13,459.50 ODOT's portion you are holding <br /> <br /> to pay for ODOT time charged to this project? Same as above. <br /> 6.
