Work Scope <br /> 2009 Pavement Management Program Update <br /> Eugene Airport <br /> During this project information and data will be gathered that will be used to update .the <br /> Pavement Management Program for the airside pavements at Eugene Airport. The work <br /> scope .for this project encompasses the'following tasks. . <br /> 1. Review maintenance and construction records provided by the City of Eugene. <br /> " Update the existing drawings and Micro PAVER database to reflect pavement- <br /> related work completed since 2005. Modify or establish branch, section and <br /> sample unit layouts as necessary. <br /> <br /> - _ 2. Conduct a visual condition survey for all pavements, except those that are <br /> scheduled for.rehabilitation during 2009. <br /> 3. Enter the. visual condition survey data into the existing Micro PAVER database <br /> for all pavements inspected. <br /> 4. Conduct nondestructive deflection testing (NDT) using a Heavy Falling Weight <br /> Deflectometer on all pavements rehabilitated after 2005. <br /> 5. Estimate pavement layer strengths, allowable loads and remaining structural life <br /> for all pavements on which NDT was conducted. <br /> 6. Estimate, wing the Micro PAVER software, functional remaining life for all <br /> pavements based on the visual condition survey data collected. <br /> 7. Develop a maintenance program and 5-year rehabilitation plan for the airport's <br /> pavements, and establish a yearly inspection plan. <br /> 8. Update AAA Form 5320-1 for all pavement sections. <br /> 9. Prepare a final report outlining project findings and recommendations.
