Rodrigues <br /> 244 East Broadway <br /> Eugene, OR 97401 <br /> Via Email: matt.j.rodrigues@ci.eugene.or.us <br /> Re: Proposal to Provide an Environmental Site Assessment <br /> West Bank Trail Extension <br /> Eugene, OR <br /> PBS Project No.: 51468 <br /> Dear Mr. Rodrigues; <br /> We are pleased to submif this proposal to provide Environmental Site Assessment services for the <br /> above-referenced property. It is understood that the study area River Avenue from the MMWC to <br /> Division Avenue South tot the Willamette River, Division Avenue to Lone Oak Drive, the property <br /> enclosed by the on and off-ramps at Divison and River Avenues. The following scope of work and fee <br /> are based on our understanding of current site conditions and usage. <br /> PROJECT APPROACH: <br /> The purpose of the Environmental Site Assessment is to identify recognized environmental conditions <br /> which may present a potential for the presence of hazardous materials to be present within the study <br /> area that may require further investigation and or remediation. <br /> The scope of work for this project will follow the Initial Site Assessment guidelines set forth in the <br /> Hazardous Waste Guide for Project Development document produced by the American Association of <br /> State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), 1990.
