EXHIBIT `A' <br /> Legal Description for Isods conveyed to <br /> City of Eugene, an Oregon municipal corporetlon <br /> A parcel of land situated in the SE'/. of Section 10 and the SW of Section 11, Township I8 <br /> South, Range 4 West of the Willamette Meridian, all in Lane County, Oregon, said parcel being <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING al the Southwest comer of those lands shown as Tax Lot 303 after adjustment on <br /> County Survey File 41132, by Rex A. Betz, as filed July 24, 2008, Lane County Surveyor's <br /> Office; THENCE along the westerly extension of the South line of said Tex Lot 303 after <br /> adjustment South 89°51'35" West, 109.68 feet to a point that lies on a line that lies 40.29 feet, by <br /> perpendicular measurement, parallel to and north easterly of the centerline of that Transmission <br /> Line Easement granted on Page 249 of Book 408 in the Lane County Oregon Deed Records; <br /> THENCE Sou[h 33°28'51" East, 199.56 fee[ to a point on the southerly extension of the most <br /> westerly line of said Tax Lot 303 after adjustment THENCE along said southerly extension <br /> North 00°08'25" West, 166.71 feet, RETURNING to the POINT OF BEGINNING, <br /> containing 9143 square feet, more or less. <br /> The bearings and distances herein are based on a Land Partition Plat for Michael L.
