The area contains approximately .21 of an <br /> <br /> 'acre. <br /> The City had agreed to compensate you $5,000 cash towards the value of the land and the <br /> expenses incurred for survey and engineering wdrk needed to accomplish. the establishment of the <br /> new property lihe.
