Wolfe to the City of Eugene by Warranty Deed, i <br /> recorded March 26, 2009, Reception Number 2009-015363. <br /> Dear Mike, <br /> Thrdugh our previous discussions you had agreed to transfer the very southerly most tip of your tax <br /> lot referenced above to the City of Eugene and-you have completed the transfer by the Warranty <br /> Deed recorded March 26, 2009 and referenced above. The area contains approximately .21 of an <br /> <br /> 'acre. <br /> The City had agreed to compensate you $5,000 cash towards the value of the land and the <br /> expenses incurred for survey and engineering wdrk needed to accomplish. the establishment of the <br /> new property lihe. The remainder of the value of the subject .21 acre will be in the form of a <br /> charitable contributiori to the City of Eugeneland the City agrees to acknowledge said donation. <br /> This agreement is also referenced by Branch Engineering in Note 1, Page 2 of 3 on the Plat <br /> referenced above. <br /> Please sign at the bottom of this letter your agreement acknowledging your acceptance of the terms <br /> as described above and return to me at your earliest conveniehce.
