EXHIBIT B <br /> CITY OF EUGENE -SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED <br /> <br /> The following provisions, if applicable, are hereby included in and made a part of the attached contract <br /> between the City of Eugene and the Agency. The City of Eugene agrees to provide the Agency the <br /> following real property acquisition services. The extent of services are to be at the request of the Agency <br /> on a project by project basis and are subject to the Agency's request and the City's acceptance of said <br /> requested services. <br /> 1. Real Property Acquisition <br /> 1.1 Property Appraisals. <br /> Perform professional property appraisals. <br /> 1.2 Appraisal Reviews. <br /> Provide appraisal reviews of other City appraisals or third party appraisals. <br /> 1.3 Property Negotiations. <br /> Negotiate with property owners for acquisition of real property rights. <br /> 1.4 Condemnation. <br /> Work with the Agency and/or Agency's legal counsel on legal aspects of condemnation filings. <br /> 2. Qualifications. <br /> 1.1 Five or more years experience in real estate appraisal, negotiations, and relocations, in the public <br /> sector (demonstrated experience in application of Federal Uniform Relocation and Real Property <br /> Acquisition Act of 1970 and subsequent amendments. <br /> 1.2 Possession of valid Oregon Driver's license. <br /> 1.3 Possession of real property appraiser's license issued by the State of Oregon. <br /> 1.4 Possession of an Oregon Notary Public commission. <br /> This cover sheet and the City's original contract are to be sent to the City Recorder's <br /> Office. The contractor should receive one original. The department is advised to keep a <br /> copy of the contract. <br /> <br />
