There has been numerous <br /> conversations between the consultant, prime contractor, subcontractor and the City regarding the plans, <br /> specifications and the items that were considered extra. I feel the prices received address everyone's <br /> concerns that there is no extra costs for trenching, conduit or junction boxes included for adding.the five <br /> streetlights. <br /> Please note the attachment is the cost breakdown for the five additional streetlights for the courthouse <br /> plaza.
