TWO TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2006- 00220 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Agreement Contract dated March 8, 2006, <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and State of Oregon acting by and through the State Board of <br /> Higher Education, on behalf of the University of Oregon (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Extend termination date to January 1, 2010. There is one additional one-year <br /> renewal remaining per the original agreement. <br /> In addition, per the original contract, the .contractor has the option to submit a new <br /> Schedule of Fees at this time.
