j <br /> APPENDIX A <br /> <br /> j - <br /> Amendment no. 3 to <br /> r <br /> CITY OF EUGENE CONTRACT NO. 2000-00353 <br /> I <br /> i <br /> This amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Contract dated July 30, 1999, Cascade <br /> Pacific Resource Conservation and Development,-Inc., hereinafter referred to as Cascade <br /> Pacific, and the City of Eugene, hereinafter referred to as City. <br /> City and Cascade Pacific mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br /> follows: <br /> ? .City will contribute $10,000 to fund tasks for the integrated watershed program for the <br /> McKenzie River for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. <br /> ?
