Oct 26 O1 10:29a p.3 <br /> ~ INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement entered into by and between CASCADE PACIFIC <br /> RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., hereinafter referred <br /> to as CASCADE PACIFIC, and the CITY OF EUGENE, hereinafter referred to as <br /> EUGENE. <br /> Whereas, EUGENE desires to continue contributing funds to assist the ongoing <br /> ~ operations of the McKenzie Watershed Council; and <br /> Whereas, CASCADE PACIFIC will contract with John Runyon to provide staff <br /> services to the McKenzie Watershed Council through June 30, X68@; <br /> Whereas, both parties to this Agreement believe that such a program directly <br /> I, ~ benefits the parties' citizens and customers; <br /> Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual Agreement of the parties hereto, <br /> the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> CASCADE PACIFIC, by contracting with John Runyon, shall perform tasks as <br /> part of the integrated watershed program for_the_McKenzie River, as described in <br /> Attachment A. EUGENE will contribute $10,000 to fund these tasks for the period July <br /> <br /> ~i 1, 1999 through June 30, 2040. <br /> r <br /> ~ This Agreement may be terminated upon 30 days notice of termination by either <br /> CASCADE PACIFIC or EUGENE.
