1 <br /> APPENDIX A <br /> j <br /> ' Amendment # 7 to <br /> t <br /> CITY OF EUGENE CONTRACT N0.2000-00353 <br /> i <br /> <br /> 1 This amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Contract dated July 30, 1999, McKenzie <br /> Watershed Alliance, hereinafter referred to as McKenzie Watershed Alliance, and the City of <br /> Eugene; hereinafter referred to as City. <br /> City and McKenzie Watershed Alliance mutually agree to amend and extend the contract <br /> referenced a'uove as follows: <br /> <br /> ~ ? City will contribute $10,000 to fund tasks for the integrated watershed program for the <br /> McKenzie River for the period of July 1, 2406 through June 30, 2007. <br /> ?
