<br /> amounts charged for such services in the past, comparable rates
<br /> charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery of user fees,
<br /> the amounts or rates and other municipal benefits agreed to by com
<br /> parable users of the airport in a contract;"lease or permit, and the
<br /> revenue needs of the Eugene Airport. Persons desiring to comment
<br /> hereon shall submit written comments to the Airport Manager, 28855
<br /> Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402, within 15 days of the date of
<br /> ~ posting and publication as indicated below. After the expiration of
<br /> the period for comment, the Airport Mahager will consider the com
<br /> ments received and by administrative order establish the fees as
<br /> proposed or as modified in response to comments received, to be
<br /> come effective July 1, 2008.
