<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant. to Section 6.411 of the
<br /> Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager Pro Tem intends to amend the
<br /> Stormwater User Fee Schedule established by Administrative Order
<br /> No. 58.07-04-F on May 4, 2007, which became effective and final on
<br /> May 15, 2007, for bills issued on or after July 1, 2007.
<br /> AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION The City Manager Pro Tem has investigated the revenue needs of
<br /> the City in providing Stormwater services and proposes to amend the
<br /> STATE OF OREGON Stormwater user Fee schedule based on: (1) the amount charged for
