Yesterday we closed on the acquisition of a park property from Mirsepassi and deposited a check for <br /> $583,282.74 - it was payable to Cascade Title. The funding source was 49% Parks SDC's and 51 % Park's Bond fund. <br /> When final closing data was completed we ended up receiving a refund check in the amount of $3,718.78 -for prorated <br /> rents for the remainder of this month. We will deliver the check and associated closing statement up to you for you to <br /> deposit and credit the proper accounts. Don't hesitate to email or call Vickie or me if you need more info. <br /> Also, I talked with Carolyn earlier today about ongoing management of the complex. It was decided for at least awhile that <br /> we would remain involved in the management and collect the rents from the property manager for deposit. Carolyn is <br /> <br /> I~ going to provide us with the proper account/fund number. We should receive a check one a month with a summary <br /> statement.
