This <br /> pertains to the Young parcel. Everything looks-good - pretty much as we expected. I just <br /> finished reviewing the appraisal completed by Lloyd and he concluded a value of $295,000 - <br /> which was the negotiated sale price, so I think we are good to go and plan to order funds <br /> tomorrow for a closing late next week.
