Just a note to let you know that two bids have been received by Churchill Communications. One bid is $980 <br /> from A-1 Fence and the other is $495 from Island Fence.' Obviously the bid is much lower from Island Fence. A-1 is the <br /> outfit that built the original fence and, from what I hear, it may be that they didn't do as good a job as they could have. So <br /> think it is clear the Island Fence should be awarded the job. Randy (from the radio station) suggested that they go ahead <br /> and have the work done, pay for it, and the City reimburse them per our discussion last month. Does this all sound OK?
