As a part of the acquisition process, a real property appraisal has been <br /> completed on your property. A copy of the appraisal is enclosed for your review. <br /> Specific information and maps about the proposed acquisition is included in the report. <br /> As you will see, the referenced appraisal. indicates a fair market land value of $4,700 <br /> for the area more fully described in the appraisal. The City, hereby offers to purchase <br /> the proposed acquisition area for the appraised value of $4,700, as just compensation. <br /> The City of Eugene will pay all. c?osing costs associated with the acquisition of the <br /> subject property. These costs include both sides of escrow; title insurance, and <br /> recording fees.
