A portion of your property is needed for the proposed project and an <br /> appraisal of the affected area of your property and an offer to purchase was sent to you <br /> in late May. <br /> <br /> i <br /> A# your request, the project team has revised and reduced the original right of way area <br /> required from you. The revised area is now 98 square feet. <br /> 1 have induded a copy of the revised project drawing ,for your review. Based on the <br /> .previous appraisal at $3 a square foot, the new area required calculates to a fair market <br /> value ($3 x 98 sf), rounded, of $300 <br /> This letter shall serve as the City of Eugene's formal offer to purchase the subject 98 <br /> .square foot area for $300. In addition to the cost of the appraisal, the City wilt pay all <br /> other typigl costs associated in the sale, and recording fees.
