The City considers the signing of this document to be mutually beneficial, as it <br /> will remove uncertainties as to the location of the improvement on your property. <br /> The City offers to corr~ensate you based upon the value of your property. A map is attached to <br /> the said easement .showing its location on your Property- The easement covers an area that is <br /> unseen and belo~c~ the ground. 'The City hereby oilers you X2,275 far the easeni<.nt. <br /> / The enclosed Wastewater Easement wr`ll correct the deficiency and t~~ill need to be signed in the <br /> presence of a notary.
