Local Agency Agreement Page 4 <br /> High Priority Project <br /> 12/16/99 <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and affixed their seals <br /> as of the day and year hereinafter written. <br /> The federal .funding for the preliminary engineering portion of the project was added by <br /> Amendment #99-30 to the 1998-2001 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program <br /> on September 3, 1999. <br /> The Oregon Transportation Commission on October 13, 1999, approved the <br /> construction portion of the project as part of the 2000-2003 Statewide Transportation <br /> Improvement Program, Key 10421. This program is anticipated to be approved by the <br /> Federal Highway Administration/Federal Transit Administration (FHWA/FTA) in January <br /> 2000. Any construction work performed prior to acceptance of the project by <br /> FHWA/FTA will be considered nonparticipating.
