This year's parade will take place on Saturday, September 13, at 8:15 p.m. <br /> .starting near the corner of Eighth Avenue and Olive Street. It will begin with prizes awarded for <br /> <br /> j best decoration and best lighting design and culminate with cyclists illuminating the perimeter of <br /> the Eugene Celebration. <br /> In addition to registering for the parade, community members can purchase admission <br /> 'bracelets to the Eugene Celebration along with the registration for the Bike Lights Parade on the <br /> GEARs website at www.eugenegears.orq . Parade registration is $6 per entry or $15 with <br /> purchase of an admission bracelet to the Eugene Celebration.
