It is generally expected that supervisors and employees monitor <br /> these records when conducting the annual performance evaluation. The information on these reports is <br /> chronologically organized and shows the name and date of the training and the number of training hours for <br /> each course. The system also has the ability to track outside trainings, as long as the information is <br /> provided to the division's training contact.
