The Performance and Development Manager is <br /> available as a resource to employees, supervisors and managers to provide input and feedback on proposed <br /> trainings. Other than the required training, departments and divisions set priorities and then commission <br /> the appropriate training to meet their specific needs. Instructors are commissioned based on their expertise <br /> in content along with their ability to deliver training effectively. Coaching and support are offered for <br /> internal trainers from the' Performance and Development Manager. Evaluations are completed at virtually <br /> all trauungs to support continuous improvement.
