The <br /> only exception is medical records pertaining to Workers' Compensation claims. <br /> Copies of medical records may not be kept in Department files. See section <br /> 3-227.5 for more information. <br /> 3-227.7 Driyin~ Record Files <br /> All records relating to an employee's driving record are maintained separately by <br /> the Loss Control Manager in Human Resource and Risk Services. <br /> 3-227.8 Grievance/Complaint Files (Revised 09/16/02) <br /> All records relating to a grievance/complaint are maintained separately in a <br /> Grievance/Complaint file maintained in Human Resource and Risk Services. <br /> Copies of all documents relating to grievances and complaints should be sent to <br /> the Employee Relations. program in Human Resource and Risk Services where <br /> they will be used to develop grievance summary reports-for supervisors; to assist <br /> in assuring consistency of interpretation of the collective bargaining agreements; <br /> and to maintain the City's grievance history. <br /> Grievance files include materials such as notices of grievance, grievance <br /> responses, and supporting documentation. <br /> Human Resource and Risk Services Revised: 09/16/02 <br /> <br />
