The union is allowed a reasonable amount of work time to brief their <br /> ..employees of the changes, as well. The contract is made available in legislative <br /> format prior to the agreement being produced in its final format. Once the final <br /> copies are available, HRRS sends a copy of the new contract to every supervisor <br /> and manager. The Union sends a copy to all employees covered by the agreement <br /> with HRs assistance.
