AGENDA REVIEW <br /> There were no changes to the agenda. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> f <br /> The minutes of October and November were approved by general consensus. <br /> i <br /> III. SAFETY SUBCOMMITTEE REPORT <br /> Ms. Hines reported that Todd Anderson was the new chair of the committee. She noted that Kate <br /> McQueen would be the chair next year. She said the list for safety audit locations was in draft form and <br /> would be distributed at a later time. <br /> Regarding safety audits, Ms. Hines said she had constructed a table showing facilities that had received <br /> safety audits. She said the next audit would be the Kaufman Center and would be held before March. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Chouinard noted that the City owned the Kaufman Center but was leasing it out and suggested that <br /> the safety committee focus on locations where AFSCME employees were performing duties. <br /> Ms. Hines said the confidentiality subcommittee was meeting on Jan. 28 in the HRRS conference room at <br /> 10:30 am. <br /> 1V.
