MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> between <br /> The City of Eugene <br /> . and <br /> AFSCME, Local 1724 <br /> Ii <br /> W <br /> W MAINTENANCE CONTROL TECFINICIANS <br /> ~ As part of the pending elimination of the WW Maintenance Control Technician classification at <br /> Range 25, the City and the Union mutually agree on the following for the two incumbents in this <br /> classification. <br /> <br /> ~ 1) .The City will establish a new .classification of "W W Communications and Controls <br /> . Specialist" at Range 26. Larry Crye will be reclassed to this new classification and, in <br /> .accordance with Article 16.6, will receive a step increase that puts him at step 6 of the <br /> new range. The City and the Union mutitally agree to waive the process and timelines as <br /> defined in Article 16.3 for this new classification. <br /> 2) John Strueby will be reclassed to WW h4aint~aanee Tek 4 at Range 26 and will be placed <br /> at step 6 of that range.
