schedule set forth in Appendix A which reflects a three and six-tenths <br /> percent (3.6%) increase over the previous year. This salary increase reflects <br /> an adjustment of four-tenths of a percent (0.4%) to pay for increases in <br /> health insurance premiums. <br /> c. The cost-of-living adjustment in fiscal year 2002-2003 will be an <br /> amount equal to an average of the monthly U.S. City Average CPI-U for the <br /> 2001 calendar year, with a maximum of four and one-half percent (4.5%), <br /> reduced by the percentage of health insurance premium cost sharing <br /> calculated as indicated in Article 22, Health Insurance.
