Implement and monitor a complete safety program within the <br /> division. <br /> c. Assure the development of general and specific job-related safety <br /> rules and procedures. <br /> d. Monitor safety training activities. <br /> e. Review accident and injury trends. Take additional corrective <br /> actions when it is necessary. Assure such actions have been <br /> documented. <br /> f. Review serious accidents and discuss the corrective actions that <br /> have been taken. If necessary, recommend additional corrective <br /> actions that need to be taken to minimize reoccurrence. <br /> g. Review the inspection. of equipment and facilities and review.safety <br /> meeting reports from line supervisor(s). Make recommendations on <br /> areas of em hasis. <br /> p <br /> h. Monitor/administer all written disciplinary actions taken against <br /> employees for safety violations. <br /> i. Develop general safety rules. <br /> j.
