Each project requires that a Daily Report of Construction activities be <br /> filed for each project, for every day that construction activity occurs. An <br /> Engineering Technician may have several projects under way simultaneously for <br /> which they are responsible for creating a Daily Report. These reports include the <br /> following: <br /> 1. The name of each contracting company on site <br /> 2. The name of any utility on site <br /> 3. A list of classification and amount of workers <br /> 4. The quantity of vehicles <br /> 5. The quantity and type of equipment <br /> 6. Names of any visitors <br /> 7. Weather conditions for that day <br /> 8. A detailed record of work performed <br /> 9. A record of traffic control <br /> 10 Information on any accident that occurs _ <br /> 11. A detailed list of work accomplished and the quantity of that item. <br /> 12. Product and material Test results <br /> Additional records required may include but are not limited to; memoranda to the <br /> contractors, quantity of completed bid items, a drawing of each individual <br /> wastewater connection made to the collection system, any written <br /> correspondence with the contractor or citizen, records of vacuum testing of <br /> manholes, records of air pressure testing of main lines and services, copies of <br /> video inspections of wastewater and storm sewers, notice of intent to award a <br /> project, notice of completion, notice of warranty repairs required, field notes <br /> made on construction plans, field book entries made during survey work.
